Whether you buy furniture through an online distributer or a retail store, shipping and delivery expenses can often significantly increase the true cost of your purchase. At Amish Workbench Furniture it is our commitment to quote you a low fixed delivery cost up front and stick to it.

As one of the world's largest distributors of Amish-made furniture, we contract with a wide variety of domestic and international carriers with experience in moving fine furniture to obtain the lowest possible shipping costs for our customers.

You can choose to have your furniture delivered curbside or into your home. If for the protection of an item, it is shipped in pieces, we can arrange for assembly in your home. For example: table pedestals or legs, will most often be shipped detached from the table top. Assembly is a simple process, but we understand that some customers prefer complete setup.

Immediately, the day of your purchase, we'll contact the craftsmen to specify a completion date. We'll then arrange the finishing, shipping and delivery schedules, so that we can contact you with a projected delivery date. Typically all of the arrangements can be made within a matter of days and you'll hear back from us within the first week. If the projected delivery date does not work for you, we'll make other arrangements to fit your schedule. Then, usually about a week prior to delivery, the shipper will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. Every effort is made to make sure that your delivery is made at a time convenient for you.

At Amish Workbench Furniture we've stood behind our products and deliveries for more than a decade. Before our finish shops accept an item, it is first thoroughly inspected. Another inspection takes place before the item is shipped. Upon delivery to your home, you and the delivery person will again thoroughly examine your furniture for any damage. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the condition of your furniture, contact us immediately (while the delivery truck is still at your home) and we'll remedy the situation. We stand behind what we sell. It's that simple.
